In which country are smokers most looked down on and treated in an adverse manner by the bulk of the population? I would have thought Scandinavia, but considering 40% of Norwegian males smoke, which is one of the highest rates in the developed world, I'm having doubts.

I think Finland's got very strict laws against smoking, whilst Denmark is one of the most 'smoking' countries in the world.
