The problem with the UK is they sent all the factories abroad which means higher unemployment for the lower classes.
Im Wondering the HDI of the member country separatly (Wales, N. Ireland, England, Scotland)

Because they are very ugly, so people are depressed and commit suicide

No, Irish and Welsh girls are pretty. The English... well...eh um. some people find them "interesting"

Without the Eastern Germany, we'd be the tenth in the list.

21st is suprisingly low, that puts us in the same league as the likes of Greece. I know these things tend to be written by socialists who give lots of weight to social welfare, but the UK's social welfare provisions are at least better than Spain and Italy and are more comparible to France, yet still we come very low on the list.

Has the list been devised by anti-Anglos, or is there a genuine reason why the UK ranks so low?

Before communism some of today's Eastern European countries would be on that top list too.
