Default Which is the most cultured sub-Saharan African country?
I would say Kenya or Tanzania. In both countries you have the well established old towns like Lamu and Zanzibar, good levels of social provisions for an African country, fairly democratic, reasonably secure and not rediculously high levels of crime, and a resonable level of peace between the different tribes and religious groups.

I would say: one that is most tolerant and with the most diverse national food range; what do you think of Togo?

I agree, Kenya. Very diverse place, best country in Africa in my opinion.

Unless you have travelled all over Africa, to ask this question is very stupid. People will only choose what they know of. In terms of GDP per capita Equitorial Guinea and Seychelles have the highest. West Africa has lowest crime rates than East and South, and Seychelles has best human development.

Now Seychelles would win when taking into account all factors,

This is kind of like asking about the tallest midget, but I would say Botswana. Other than the AIDS epidemic that has decimated their population, they are doing okay.
