That's a problem here too. One female friend of mine was wearing a skirt (it was summer after all) a few years ago and was sitting with her female friend on a café outside and talking, and a non-Scandinavian guy (she refered to him as Gypsy) started hitting on her, when she time after time told him that she wasn't interested he said "then don't dress like a whore" and he turned around to walk away. She jammed her chair in his back and started yelling "don't call me a whore idiot!". Unfortunately there are that kind of immigrants who give their countrymen bad reputation.

Rapists have never held a position of honor in Norwegian society. We are not fags. We have a strong state and no need for vigilanty groups handing out their "justice" as they see fit. The punishment for rape is not nearly strict enough, but is is getting stricter (and will continue to do so). The ruling political parties are to PC to tackle the issue for the moment, but gradually policies will move in the same direction as Holland and Denmark.
