Malawi's Parliament has elected a new Speaker Henry Chimunthu Banda. The new Speaker has replaced Louis Chimango who failed to make it in the House after tumbling out in the country's Parliamentary elections on May 19. Banda?s ascendance to the position of Speaker was presided over by Clerk of Parliament Matilda Katopola. Media reports?
