Botswana's Minister of Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Daniel Kwelagobe, has been dropped from the cabinet.Kwelagobe, who was the BDP Secretary General for 27 years before becoming Chairman, has made it clear that he will defend the BDP Constitution and had earlier disclosed to prefer to cling on party position over cabinet position.?
