Kenya's Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Martha Karua has resigned from the cabinet. She resigned on Monday citing frustrations on execution of her duties. Her resignation comes barely a week after talks collapsed between the two political principals - the President and the Prime Minister over disharmony in the coalition government.?
