United Nations expert is from today (Tuesday) visiting Chad to assess the human rights situation of internally displaced persons. Walter Kaelin, who is representing Secretary General Ban ki-Moon, is expected to hold discussions with the Chadian authorities. He leaves on 9th of February 2009. A press release from the UN said the visit is on the invitation?
