The Nigerian navy has rescued close to 100 drowning Cameroonians in the high seas in Nigerian territorial waters. They were traveling in a boat that left Nigeria for Cameroon when the boat began to sink. According to one of the victims, Pascal Toke, the passenger boat began sinking shortly after it took off. Though the real cause of the accident is?

Nigeria has a Navy.... shut me down and tie me backwards........ Miracles never cease to occur..... Wonder if it is a fleet or just a single ship....
