I don't know what is the best way to measure intelligence, it isn't my field, certanly it isn't IQ, I agree on that.

That is why some white people live in shacks without electricity in the hills while others live in multi-million dollar penthouses on the top floor of crystal palaces. Everyone has the same ability to go to school and get a job. I seriously doubt you will find many employers in America that will not hire someone based on their skin color anymore.

I was raised by a single grandmother in old beat up houses and apartment blocks in piss poor areas. Surely there are people who are in even worse shape than what I grew up in but some of them also have means to go to school that I didn't have as a white person.

It appears that the crux of your argument, is centered around societal preconceptions of the perceived Whiteness of Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez. Despite the fact that both have Non-White ancestry, and are not by and large recognized as being White people. All right, fair enough. Then would a biracial person (Half-African, Half-European), who can reasonably pass for White and is wealthy, be a "White" person?
