See the Ms universes would be a good indicator had more participants from Muslim nations entered But good point. Fro what I've seen I would say that PR, Dominican, Venezuelan and Cuban women (in that order) are the most beautiful women in the new world. I discounted American, Canadian and to a lesser extent Brazilian women because of the extreme variation.

From what I've noticed (and I'm no beauty contest expert), the two main factors the influence how well a country does are:

-Do they have a good population base of above average looking women? Plastic surgery can only go so far.

-How developed is their contest prepping industry? A country could have a ton of natural beauties, but if their industry is not as developed their chances at winning are greatly diminished. Venezuela has beauty prep experts at every stage of the game. The last time Japan won, it was a Venezuelans who prepped the Japanese chick (who looked very atypical but so do many contestants)

Look how big Brazil is, with a reputation for having beautiful women, and a hotspot for models, but they don't fare so good in those types of contests.

I've said this before: I have no doubt the Horn is full of natural beauties walking around. Who knows how far they'd go if under the right conditions.

Its just a simple observation that when you walk into a room full of Ethiopians they are extremely handsone/beautiful. 9/10 Ethiopian women you see are just simply stunning. Latin American women are pretty but for me its only 6/10 Latin American women that look good

I think Eritrean women are the prettiest in East Africa based on the pics gallery I have seen in race board. Most of them seem to have nice blend of aethiopid and caucasoid elements.

Note: This thread is not a comparison with Ethiopian women and other African women, its a comparison with Ethiopian women and all other women worldwide.

I dont think their is another group of people that have such a large amount of extremely beautiful women on average.Yes its true that beauty exists everywhere, but when you go into a room full of Ethiopians you will see 95% are above average looking with model type looks, but this is not the case with other countries. A room full of English women will only have 45% of what I view to be 'pretty'. On avarage I feel that Ethiopian women are the most beautiful in the world. Somalis are also very pretty as they are much taller and elegant but this thread is about Ethiopians.

Brasillians are also stereotyped to have a high average of 'beautiful ' people but the difference is that most Ethiopians are 100% naturally beautiful, unlike Brazil that has a very high amount of plastic surgery

In London, almost all Ethiopian women I see look something like this

She claims to be half Ethiopian, half Trini but she looks 100% Habesha to me.

She looks more typically Anglo+SSA mulatto or even Carib mulatto to me, I'd more easily believe she was full Trini than full Habesha.

To answer your question, no lol, not Ethios specifically. But Black and Mulatto women as a whole? Yeah. As far as Horners go, I prefer the Somali look over Ethio tho.

I didn't say they weren't pretty, but based on those pics they are not stunning. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could go to a local club and see many who look just as good or better.

To give a non-Ethiopian example, but keeping it in the same phenotype range (darker skinned and of Afrodescendancy) look up Dominican Arlenis Sosa. She''s from a poor background, when she was discovered. There are tons of peasants in that area that look like her.

You don't live around Boricuas and I don't live around Ethiopians. But it would be unreasonable to expect to see any random gathering of PR women t look like 'beauty pageant winners' I used the example of beauty pageants as an attempt at using some beauty measuring stick other than personal opinion to support my claim of PR having alot of above average looking women. As far as who looks better is a whole other topic.
