The plan was created a week ago at the NFL conferences, but more inner conversations within the league offices are planned for April 10. The league have been urged by the Radio-Television News Directors Association to not apply the plan stating First Amendment issues. The NFL has stated that the brand new plan could protect the broadcast rights cases and relieve obstruction from the sidelines.
