Man smacked after eliminating Cowboys banner from car The Associated Press California - Police said a guy was hit in the face after getting a Dallas Cowboys banner from the vehicle in downtown Washington. D.C. police Lt. Eric Hayes said some one grabbed the banner from an automobile as it was stopped in traffic Tuesday night and seemingly used it to the floor. Witnesses and authorities stated that from the time the person crossed the road, some one left the vehicle and hit him in the experience before driving away.
