தமிழ்நாடு எய்ட்ஸ் கட்டுப்பாட்டு திட்ட இயக்குனர் திரு மோகன்தாஸ் இ.ஆ.ப அவர்கள் இந்துமத ஊழியர்களுக்கு எதிராக செயல்படுவதால், இந்து மற்றும் கிறிஸ்தவ ஊழியர்களுக்கு இடயே மோதல் ஏற்படும் சூழ்நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது.

எய்ட்ஸ் கட்டுப்பாட்டு சொசைடியின் கவுன்சிலர்கள் மற்றும் லேப்டெக்னிசியன்களுக்கு,31.3.2012 அன்று தகுதி தேர்வு நடத்த முடிவுசெய்தார் திட்ட இயக்குனர் திரு மோகன்தாஸ்.

டிட்ட இயக்குனரின் பேரில் எய்ட்ஸ் சொசைடியில் பணியாற்றிய டாக்டர் ரவிபாபு (இந்து),மற்றும் டாக்டர் வளன் இவர்களை தகுதி தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வைப்பதாகக்கூறி தலா 1 லட்சம் வசூல் செய்தார்கள்.

இது சம்பந்தமாக புகார் வரவே தகுதி தேர்வு நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டது.

திட்ட இயக்குனர் திரு மோகன்தாஸ் அவர்கள் தகுதி தேர்வை மீண்டும் 16.6.2012 அன்று நடத்த முடிவு செய்துள்ளார்.ஆனால் தகுதி தேர்வில் பங்குபெற தகுதி உள்ள கவுன்சிலர்கள் மற்றும் லாப் டெக்னீசியன்களுக்கு இன்றுவரை தகுதி தேர்வு சம்பந்தமான கடிதம் இன்றுவரை அனுப்பப்படவில்லை. தகுதி தேர்விற்க்கான கால அவகாசமும் கொடுக்கப்படவில்லை.

சுகாதாரத்துறையின் கீழ் செயல்படும் டி.எம்.இ மற்றும் டி.எம்.எஸ் மற்றும் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளின் டீன் இவர்கள் மூலம் தகுதி தேர்விற்க்கான வினாத்தாளை தயாரிக்காமல்,எய்ட்ஸ் கட்டுப்பாட்டு சொசைட்டியில் திட்ட இயக்குனர் திரு மோகன்தாஸ் அவர்களுக்கு எடுபிடியாக செயல்படும்,டாக்டர் படிப்பு இல்லாத திரு பிரமோத் வினாத்தாள் தயாரிக்கிறார்.

இவர் கிறிஸ்தவ சமுதாயத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் என்பதால் உதவும்படி டாக்டர் வளன் மற்றும் ஜோநிரஞ்சனை நிர்பந்த்தித்துள்ளார் திட்ட இயக்குனர்.

திட்ட இயக்குனர் உத்தரவுப்படி தகுதி தேர்வு எழுதும் லாப்டெக்னீசியன்களில் கிரிஸ்தவர்களுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே,வினாத்தாளாய்க்கொடுக்க நாகர்கோவில் மேலாளர் ஸ்டெல்லாஜெனட் ,திருனெல்வெலி மேற்ப்பார்வையாளர் திரு ஜெயக்குமார்,மற்றும் ஈரோடு பாக்கியராஜ் மூலம் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் கொடுக்க டாக்டர் வளன் ஏற்ப்பாடுசெய்துவருகிறார்.

இந்துமததைச்சேர்ந்த தகுதிதேர்வு எழுதும் ஊழியர்கள் சிலர் டாக்டர் வளன் மற்றும் ஜொநிரஞ்சன் இருவரிடமும் கிறிஸ்தவமதத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு மட்டும் வினாத்தாளை முங்கூட்டியே கொடுத்தால் என்ன நியாயம் சார் எங்களுக்கும் கொடுங்கள் என்று கேட்டபொழுது,கிறிஸ்தவ மதத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து எய்ட்ஸ் கட்டுப்பாட்டு சங்கத்தில் பணியாற்றவேண்டும்.அவர்கள்மூலம் மதமாற்றத்தை கொண்டுவரவேண்டும் என்பதே எங்கள் குறிக்கோள் .

அரசு ஊழியர்களிடயே ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்பு உனர்வு தேவையே தவிற மதவேறுபாடு அல்ல.

பூகம்பமாக மாறுவதற்க்குள் மோகன்தாஸ் போன்ற புல்லுருவிகளை களைந்தால் வெடிக்கவிருக்கும் எரிமலையை தவிற்க்கலாம்.

You have quoted BJP on Nithyanandar's arrest twice now. I do not quite understand the connection between this issue at hand and Nithyanandar's arrest!

Do you mean to say that BJP is no longer interested in protecting the rights of hindus because its government in Karnataka arrested Nithyanandar?

"A chemistry teacher of SBOA School and Junior College in Anna Nagar West was suspended last week for ‘manhandling and misbehaviour', but the teacher claimed that she was punished for reciting a Hindu prayer to students of Class XII .

On March 13, as the students were gearing up for their examination, teachers were about to recite their routine prayer. “Since the usual group of teachers pray before every examination, I volunteered this time. I said a prayer invoking the blessings of Hindu, Christian and Muslim Gods,” said the teacher, P. Abirami.

Even as Ms. Abirami was reciting the prayer, some of the other teachers allegedly turned off the microphone. “If they had an issue with my prayer, they could have called me aside and spoken to me rather than behaving rudely in front of students,” she said. “I did not give up but continued to say the prayers even more fervently,” she added.

Students on Wednesday said it was unusual for teachers to behave in this way. “Usually a Christian prayer is said before we write examinations. But last week a teacher said some Hindu mantras and the other teachers tried to stop her by turning off the microphone,” said a student.

Principal P. C. Selvarani, said that disciplinary action was taken against the teacher for behaving in an inappropriate manner . “The teacher does not handle Class XII and was on paper-correction duty that day. In spite of this, she came to up the dais, grabbed the mike and started speaking,” she said. “It was against the code of conduct. She just intervened.,” she said.

This sparked off protests by the BJP, VHP and the Hindu Munnani. Their activists staged a protest outside the school on Wednesday, following which 60 people were arrested and later released."

It may be noted that SBOA is run by State Bank of India and is not an minority Institution. In the comments sectin, we can see students corroborating the practice adopted by the school.

The school management has the audacity to do like this. This came to light only because the teacher was bold enough to go public. The activities of the school needs a probe the SED of govt and action should be taken.

I am Terribly shocked to see the attached News in which a Chemistry Teacher of a SBOA School in Chennai is suspended for she has Chanted a Hindu Sloga in Prayer.

It seems that The school is headed by a Christian Principal and for that Reason the Teacher is suspended on the Grounds of Fanaticism .

Kindly suspend the Principal for her Religious Fanaticism.

I request your Goodself to pay special attention in this matter and put an end to Religious Fanaticism and oblige.

Kindly pass necessary orders to withdraw the suspension imposed against that teacher .
