Hearty wishes to SPB Charan

SPB Charan, son of ace playback singer SP Balasubramiam is also a playback singer himself. Apart from voicing songs, he is also an actor and a producer.

His famous numbers include 'Nagila Nagila' (Alaipayuthe), 'I Love you Shailaja' (Mazhai), 'Please Sir' (Boys), 'Maaja Maaja' (Jillunu oru Kadhal), 'Oru Nanban Irundhal' (Enakku 20 Unakku 18).

"O Shanthi" in Varanam Aayiram was Charan's latest that topped the charts which is a faster version of the melody 'Nenjukul Peidhidum'.

SPB Charan's voice resembles his father a lot yet has a distinct touch which appeals the listeners. He ventured into production with 'Mazhai' which attained a lukewarm response among the masses. Later, his production house Capital Filmworks produced 'Chennai -28', a blockbuster hit. The forthcoming projects like 'Kunguma Poovum Konju Puravum', 'Aaranya Kandam' and 'Naanayam' are in the pipeline.

Charan who has also acted in movie like 'Unnai Saranadaithen' and 'Saroja' celebrates his birthday today on 7th January. Indiaglitz wishes SPB Charan a happy birthday.
