there is no 10 baht "paper currency" (note), it's a coin.
it's weird that 50 baht notes are still so rare (they seem newer but have been around for years I figure), you usually end up with your change in 20 bahts and 10 bahts. often the same with 500 bahts, you rather get 100 baht notes.
and 1000 bahts are still hard to get rid of (at least if you want your change too), well at least if you are not a fancy traveller or expat and don't spend your cash at expensive places all the time I forget so often and get stuck with no money but a 1000B note to pay for my food.
