Me in your situation would call all the Hospitals MrBradUSA mentioned. Search any Search-Engine in the Internet if there are more Hospitals in Roi-Et.
If they don`t understand your English on the Phone go to a Thai-Restaurant, Thai Asia Shop etc. in your City. Tell them your Problem and let them call the Hospitals. If they are afraid of any Phone Costs give them your Mobile Phone.

I would suggest that you contact the Royal Thai Embassy in your country and see if they can help.
They are there mainly to help Thai citizens abroad but, they might make an exception in your case.

My Thai friend is at Roi-Et hospital. She had an chirugical operation.
I have no news since 12 days and I'm very worried.
I can't find the phone of the hospital and I just speak french or english.
If someone can help me to have news, I'll be really grateful.
