Well said! Haven’t we heard this said many times before? Mumbai blast is already history. The Delhi High Court blast will not take too long to find its way to the history of India. Terror raises its ugly head once again.

Sharing intelligence with someone who refuses to be intelligent is something we ought to learn gradually from the silence of the innocent dead. Are the Delhi police corrupt to allow to be compensated with blood money to look the other way? This is a serious question that needed answers the day before.

Making statements in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, Chidambaram noted that Delhi is a target of terrorist groups and when Parliament is in session the capital is placed on high alert.
