Khaw, that's awesome.

I keep a kendo journal, but I don't often write in it. Mostly because I do so much other writing. However, I should write in it more often. Basically, any time something occurs to me, even if it's not profound, I should be writing it down. Should be more diligent in this.

the next part of the diary will be in UK cause I will be ,oving there next year for work.

Is kinda nice cause it affaords the opportunity to meet people.

I hope tp train in Vic soon cuz I might head over for the Melbourne cup(gotta hrse racing).

I would be interested in peoples experiences of keeping a kendo journal. How many people keep one, how often do you write, how often do you re-visit what you have written, how has this helped.

I keep a Kendo journal of all the Kendoka I train with. With little pics and qoutes from them.
