has anyone seen those sushi chef (mostly young ones) that ties a tenugui(or maybe other kinds of towel??) on ttheir head so that it forms a kind of a high isoceles triangle when seen upfront? Sorry for the horrendous description but i saw it last week and have been wondering what's it called.
I don't know.
