I hope you stay safe! My sister lives in Houston and she is leaving tonight to a friends house farther inland.
What makes this storm even worse is that I already have family that was displaced because of Katrina...now Rita is displacing my sister right now. I just hope that her apartment is fine and that she will be able to continue medical school soon since she is scheduled to graduate this summer. |

thank yall for your concern. This storm is going to be the one theyve been warning galveston about for 50+ yrs.....adn its going to be hellacious. it actualy is turning away from were i am now and going towards my house(its still going to be a cat1 when it gets were i am.....
