I haven't found anything besides cleaning and patching the blister and developing a "sole-thick" callous so it takes longer next time, but maybe some foot protection could work to prevent this injury... in my case it's almost mandatory in our dojo, as we share the place with other groups, and they don't always care to keep the floor in good order, so sometimes we've even got hurt with splinters in broken floor boards...
