Luckily I live in the tropic,and in a casual ambiance, so wearing leather flip flops, helps to keep my feet rough!
also, correcting the way I slide my foot helped. After an extenous Dou practice, its very easy to blister your feet, if incorrect technique is used. A kendoka friend, suggested that I try cheap public bath soap, because it dries your skin, I have not tried it yet. hope this helps! |
