This is mega-wrongage.

Steve Irwin is simply a wack-job.

He loved it as much as his wife....
...Damn...
He is different and and unique. But you have to understand his passion is crocks. Yea I think he is nutts playing with rattlesnakes and stuff like that but that is is passion. You like Kendo right. I bet there are people out there who think we are a wack-job. We wear skirts, we don't wash are gear so we smell, we play with sticks, scream like little bitches and like to to cross swords. Are we a wack-job? Don't judge a guy based on his passion. And trust me there are guys out there that would pick Kendo over their wife.

He does love animals. I just like watching him because it's entertainment for me. I think he is animated to keep a child's attention yet does crazy stuff to keep an adults attention. Jeff Corwin is just as crazy but entertaining.

I feel sorry for him.
How does this make him a wack job? would he be one if it was a dog? I cry over the animals that we have taken care of, that have died, and I have spent, what, a few weeks with them? He has probably spent a lot longer with this crocodile. Just because it can tear a man to shreds doesn't mean that someone is mental for loving one. We all love different things, it is what is so incredible about us. It's incredible that he feels so strongy for this animal, something that he has dedicated his life to, which he has, and he loves working with them. Not only that, but that he allowed for others to see his tearful farewell to this animal, not a lot of people will be willing to show such devotion and to actually cry on television.
Crocodiles are beautiful creatures, and it's incredible to watch someone that has so much respect and love for these creatures. that and it is also incredible to watch how he avoids being attacked or killed by some of the things he grabs! He is highly entertaining.

I know what you mean, I feel that way about my cousin Big Looie. I hope he will get out of prison soon.

His shows are also on Animal Planet. Not sure if you get that channel or not. I think every time I watch his shows, I say ,"OH MY GAWD ." atleast 3 times. I remeber an episode where he was looking for the deadliest sankes in America. He crawled into a small den and kept pulling out rattlesnakes one after another. I just wished I can find a career where I can be just as passionate.

"CRIKEY!! Look at that kendoka!!! What a BEAUTY!! She's REALLLY mad too!! If Im not careful, she'll.." CRACK!!! (perfect men cut to the head)

Personally, I cant stand the guy. He makes people assume all us Aussies are like him. At least Crocodile Dundee didnt talk like he'd been hit over the head with a shovel.
Good 'ol Steve took his baby daughter into the croc pens during feeding time for gods sake, to "prove" how safe it was. (plus he named her Bindy - a common prickle-weed in lawns).
He's a complete nut job. Like Rose Porteous, but she prefers poodles.
