So, I had my second session on monday, and it was very heavy on the old footwork.
Halfway through, when I was in a reasonable amount of pain, I think my feet fell off, as I haven't found them yet. ![]() Oh well, guess I'll just have to go back next week and try and find them!! By the way, second session was even better than the first! Bring it on! |

I lost my mind once. Decided I was better off without it but sometimes I miss it. My calves are what tighten up on me, but I also get split skin on the underside crease of my left big toe. I ended up just taping the thing, and looking as though I were a real "walking wounded" (although nobody was impressed), but it prevented it from splitting again. The skin is so thick there that it just splits from all of the pushing off I do during class. Like LarsCW, I'm going to have to start all over again, too. I just had my left knee replaced this past Monday, so it's going to be a while before I can go out onto the dojo floor - at least another month, depending on how soon the surgeon releases me. |
