Actually I have one of these powerballs. It's not only good for improving the strength of all the muscles in your wrist, forearm and shoulders, but is also used by professional rockclimbers...oh and would you believe...pianists too!! :P kind of why i bought it

10028 with right hand. When using left something like 9000.
