剣道家- I think that's the very same word "Kendoka" that we use regularly to describe a Kenshi who actually does Kendo? "Ka" isn't necessary translate as home or house, it can be a person. Such as "Gaka" means a painter; "paint/drawing artist" literally. In Chinese we also use the same characters as "gaka" meaning painter, artist. I think the usage is similar, so I think that "Ka" can translate something as "professional" or "artist" - the Japanese dictionary didn't give me this translation either. And I've always wondered what's the "ka" kanji for Kendoka.
