I know this is a fairly random question but ive had hell tryin to find out how to pronounce this kanji and what it means so help will be much appreciated.

凯 is the kanji under scrutiny.

I've seen it used as "victory song". Of course, being Japanese, a lot of words and pronunciations can vary widely depending upon the context.
