got the surgery done on 19th. took the stitches out yesterday. my shoulder already feels better. however, the doc and PT guy said not to do kendo for awhile (like few months). we have hachi dan coming here in near future and that really bites. i really wanted to feel what it feels like to get a good men cut from hachi dan.

they have this thing with pad and ice box that keeps the cold water flowing over the shoulder. neatest thing i ever used. i might keep it around.. different pad for different area of the body like ankle and knee.

they didn't give me any morphine.. i sort of like that stuff. oxycodine was just making me annoyed.
