Mate, on a good round we would get 50,000 people for 4 football games in the WAFL alone.

Now our so-called progression today is 45,000 for 4 WAFL games and an AFL game all together.

Anyone who tells me football has progressed in 30 years here in WA should seriously pull there heads out of their chutney caves. If things were not ignored so poorly we would be getting approximately 65,000 each week to senior level football matches in WA overall.

Oh yes, and we also had a massively vibrant Sunday Football league that attracted good crowds, and now is extinct... Yes we sure have progressed since the Vics got their grubby little hands on our heritage, our pride and our money...
