The Fabian Marixst Australian Labor Party government has been stunned by a 25.6 per cent swing against it at a by-election on Saturday. Such a swing at a full state election would leave only six seats in Labor hands. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is running scared as voters around Australia bring out their baseball bats for the coming federal poll.
