DROUGHT IS JUST A CYCLE THAT INTELLIGENCE CAN COPE WITH.

In a Nationalist Socialist State we would have National Service and no Joos Stealing the Wealth for the Materials & Equipement to build the Dams and Pipelines to Store and Deliver the Water where it is most beneficial.

We could have a Land of Unbelievable Wealth and Productivity if ever we get our act together.
