I've long explained this, but this strikes a brand new low. Domestically, all of the activities channels have been getting it to Sterling for perhaps not anteing up when he might have with respect to his asst instructor. Section of me wishes the Kings to move down here and dominate the Honda Center- a location that Sterling won't move to but must because he actually doesn't fit in the Staples Center with the Lakers. The Kings go and Sterling's group becomes the common next wheel. Yes, Stern's silence and inaction on Sterling's wretched conduct needs to be viewed as some degree of acceptance. Today, Kim Hughes shows the story to the Racine (Wis.) Journal-Times about how exactly Sterling didn't purchase his prostate cancer surgery as a Clippers associate coach many years before. Clippers people led a lot of the $70,000 needed seriously to look after the expense which were not included in Hughes' medical insurance. once Sterling fires these scouts and coaches And, he frequently stops paying the total amount of the agreements. He dares them to sue. Some can, and do. Some can't pay the legal battle and wind up settling for pennies on the dollar. This occurred with Jerry Holloway and scouts Scott Wissel this past year. Figures were made less than six by them annually, and the Clippers just stopped paying them. Basically, Sterling was showing them, 'The season's over, and what exactly if your offer operates October to October. It's April, get lost and we're perhaps not spending you.' Eventually, a settlement was won by Holloway, and Wissel had to fight greater than a year to obtain section of his income. Where was the league office? Where was Stern's indignity? http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_yl...sternnba031511
