Buddha taught about two kinds of desire: 1. wholesome desire (aspiration); 2. unwholesome desire (craving)

for the layperson, Buddha taught owning a home is wholesome

Which four? The bliss of having [ownership], the bliss of [making use of] wealth, the bliss of debtlessness, the bliss of blamelessness.
