The only book that I have read a lot of is this book by a woman named Jacky Sach. The book is called, The Everything Buddhism Book. In this forum, particularly, you can ask for beginners material so to be well started in the general teachings of Buddha. This idea come to mind: You can give a try to Thich Nhat Hanh Books. He is not my favourite but he has a lot of wisdom and compassion in his writings. He has done good to many people and his teachings are a good introduction to the Buddha's. A highly recommendable option: "The Way It Is" by Ajahn Sumedho He is an excelent teacher. Plain and simple. No sins. No regret. No remorse. ![]() |
