My next question, is it okay to keep my eyes closed during meditation or would it be more beneficial to have my eyes open? In my case I find it affects my meditation. If I'm a bit drowsy it helps to open my eyes a little - letting light in perks the energy level up a bit. If I'm a tad unsettled and agitated, then closing them calms things down. It's trial and error. Try both and see how it works for you. |
