Recently I've found it hard to obtain in my own meditation. I actually do nothing like doing significantly less than half an hour since it typically takes me 5-10 to obtain settled in to my sitting. When I begin lol I suffer with terrible roaming head. What I'm looking for is suggestions on obtaining a quickie directly into recover myself for your day and get concentrated again. I found I will not reflect right before sleep or very first thing each morning, I often doze off, ooops.
