I am checking to see what everyone things is the best or some good marketing advice that people can use.
I really like posting presentations and documents to SlideShare.net with contact info since the presentations and documents will have hyperlinks embedded. Also, can forget using BizSugar for researching tips and tricks. Chris |

Chris-- There's a lead capture at the bottom of each page (yellow button), my email address on the bottom of the page, at the end there is a way to reach me, there's a big red arrow that draws people to contacting me and finally, the last page will bring up a lead capture form. Create some great content and then have multiple ways for people to contact you. Regards, Chris |

I too, am using the Pro Slideshare.net account ($20.00 p/mnth) I've been using it for just under 60 days. I've only netted two sales leads from the lead capture tool, but those sales paid for the $20.00 fee per month I've put in!
I feel the slideshare tool is great, if I can build a larger audience to view my presentations! *Shameless Plug* http://www.slideshare.net/eric_es |

Like Slideshare, Scribd "presentations and documents will have hyperlinks embedded"
From an SEO standpoint, this means a big meaty social document sharing site is giving my website a big vote of confidence on the pages I choose. The more people share the document, the more social activities Google will pick up about that document I've shared, and thanks to the growing importance of the social web, my website gets ranked better for the keywords I target. Pro tip? Create good content, share it, and when I say share it, I mean really advertise/promote it to people who care about it. |
