Default 2012 Singapore GP
Well, here we go again. Weather is nice although the forecast is saying there could be heavy showers and thunder all week but no sign of any today so far.

Here's hoping Lewis continues his run of form and Fred blows an engine to close the gap right up

If this happen Lewis will win very easily, for me Alonso needs to lead healthily because his car is not as fast at the McLaren... so I'd prefer the opposite scenario. Honestly I'd love Vettel to win, but I think that McLaren has such an advantage, that it will be impossible for anyone to stop them.

It rains almost every day in Singapore this time of year. Day is the operative word as it rarely rains at night.

Probably the track that plays the least to McLarens strengths as opposed to the other faster high downforce tracks left on the schedule. If McLaren dominate here the championship is looking very favorable indeed.

The only thing we can expect with any certainty this season is the unexpected....

Well, we're always on the cusp of a storm in the evenings at the moment and doesn't look like changing. Word is that the weather is due to stay changeable with a storm at any moment around dusk.

Circuit is coming together ok and should be an interesting event. First time out here for me so am champing at the bit for qualifying.

Softs and supersofts.

I've got an ill feeling for this one.

Have the teams truly sorted out managing these tyres? Are they going to lap Singapore over a stint via delta. I would love to see proper tyre management as witnessed during the summer - Hungary, especially.

Here's to hoping that RB has a good race, especially Webber. The idea is to have a nice swing in performance towards the RBs, so that they take points off Macca here. Alonso just needs to podium and maintain his gap. Hopefully, Ferrari can make some performance improvements.

I see you have a vested interest in the series going down to the wire. Free enterprise in its purest form- Humble apologies for suggesting you another ulterior motive.
BTW since you have forgotten, and the statute of limitations has passed I think it is time to remind you that I owe you the spoils of the sig bet we made in 2009, as you took Jense to win the WDC and I took Rubens baby!
