Has anyone else been having major problems with Photobucket the last week or so? I'm intrigued about this project but I'm not getting the photos.

Great effort but to be a bit more realistic, shouldn't the Ferrari be nerfing the barrier at Rascasse

Well the pictures finally downloaded and I love it! Fantastic work.

I assume the track is routed MDF - what sort of tape did you use for the conductors?

Wow, absolutely fabulous stuff!! How much time have you devoted to this? And what will you do with this? Maybe for instance it can go to a modern art exhibition?

Thanks guys. I will actually moving this out to make room for a new project soon, which means I hope to sell it. I've worked on it on & off for 4 or 5 years. It's Scalextric track that has been painted & customized to look better. I'm a professional model builder so this is sort of what I do anyway. Cheers!

Scalextric plastic track w/copper tape laid over the rails. It's the silvered copper which I think looks better.

It is absolutely impressive. Congratulations!

If you try to sell it in eBay or something like that, you could be getting quite a significant sum. Although as a professional model builder, I'm sure you know much more about this than I do.

Yet again, congratulations on such a magnificient work.

Awesome work, very impressive, perhaps you could ask for this to be auctioned for some charity, and maybe some driver would endorse that, with the work going into this, I'm sure someone in FIA/drivers might respond.

Let me add my superlatives to the rest - Fantastic! I can't show my boy this, he wont leave me alone until we have a crack at making one

I imagine you are one of those fortunate souls who don't consider their livelihood a "job".

Thanks. Not more free time but I'm a fast builder & I juat spend (some) of my free time doing this instead of going to football games/walking the dog/going fishing/watching TV etc. It's just a matter of prioritizing the time I do have. I put maybe a couple hours (if that) a week into this over the course of several years.
