Hi,

Peugeot-Sport Denmark is preparing for the first time the recent sporty Peugeot coupé(made in Austria)to take part to the danish rallies championship(first round in march with the Wikinger Rallye, in Germany)

Just let's hope it'll be more competitive than the original and past 307 CC(2WD version, not the "whale")

PS: it'll be based on the 2012 RCZ Cup created by Peugeot-Sport France(1.6l THP engine developping 250bhp)

If the car is a success on stages, I really hope all the Peugeot-Sport branches in Europe will use it too

PS: Kjeld Seidler will be the driver of the car...

Not as far as I know. There has been two official test events during the last few weeks, but the RCZ has not been present at any of them.

After Denmark this week-end...another RCZ(class GT10 like Porsche, Lotus, Nissan, etc)in France driven by Christophe Roussel(a 306 Maxi driver from Normandie)in Trophée Michelin at the Rallye Lyon-Charbonnières next month

I asked the team about this yesterday. The car is converted from a circuit racer, so it still has got airjacks mounted, which they use.

I don't think it is the Peugeot-team's intention to use the second (the red) RCZ for other things than selected rallysprints/shows. The driver (Jens-Ole Kristiansen - many times Danish Champion) retired from championship rallying several years ago and has since then only contested events like the Fårvang Rally Show. Kjeld Seidler, however, uses his RCZ (the blue) in the Danish Championship.

Sorry - colour mix-up. It is the RED one, Kjeld Seidler has been using all year.
