Hello,
My husband has been in Canada for 10 months - he has attended ESL classes, worked his behind off and saved enough for tuition for university.. now ready to write the TOEFL exam. We started the university application process and now have a situation - the university requires an offical transcript of secondary school -we have originals but they are useless as they are old and open.. unfortunatley, his school was destroyed in the earthquake. Which is the best route to take - contact the Haitian Embassy or The Department of Education minister. Just need a little heads up on which direction to take. I would like to let him know there IS a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not the train. Thanks in advance to anyone with advice. |
