She is. I've taken on a private duty bed ridden Alzheimers case. While I am allowed to sleep at night I still have to get up and reposition and change every two hours as well as do medications. So it makes for a very long night but I make alot of money. Somehow that doesn't seem to make up for sleep deprovation.

I work 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. I consider that long.
