a shopping thread at a dominately male web site is not likely to garner you much sympathy.

Well, if you're getting skirts that are short and not whorish, then they're doing something wrong with the design. Maternity stores and tops? Well, why are you getting tops from maternity stores, that's the reason you have to buy clothes from there to begin with. That's like buying some heroin for coke addiction.

She took too long. So did you. Get over it.

I loath shopping, unless it's for beer and food

things I hate about shopping

10) It cuts into my drinking time
9) Stupid people shop too
8) Stores that only take American Express or Discover... wtf?!
7) Kids who think it's funny to play hide and go seek between the clothes wracks
6) People who start to write their check until AFTER everything is rung up... come on! you know the date, the store, your name! write it down!
5) Teenagers paying for cigs with dimes
4) mall security on a power trip
3) that stray food stand, the one that isn't allow in the food court because of the outgoing asian sales clerk forcing sticks of cheese or terriaky chicken at you in a very aggressive fashion
2) Parties at Build A Bear

and

1) Annoying little teenage snots who complain about what they are getting even though someone else is buying it for them because they are too spoiled to care whether or not daddy wants them to not look like a whore on Sundays!

and ppl who can't put clothes back on the right hanger

do you even know what tops i'm talking about? they really look like the ones you get in maternity stores. Are you talking about the "baby doll" tops? Odd you mentioned that, my gf pointed that out on Saturday and I had to agree with her and you, they do look like maternity cloths.

And more importantly they don't hug the body so no cleavage served on a platter

At least grow manboobs, that way you send less mixed signals.
So, when you two need a winter coat - assuming Lorizael ever needs one, as he is apprently living in transcendence and no longer cares about the material plane - do you really just buy the first one you see, with out any consideration?

How could you not be interested in the properties of something? Do you not care if the coat you are geting is going to keep you warm? Do you not, for one second, wonder about how it will look on you? If this where true, than I would expect your wardrobe to highly eccentric. I can imagine this of Pekka, but not Lorizael. (who in my imagination has a closest full of jeans and gray T-shirts)

You're just depending on places to provide everything for you, instead of making an informered decision.

I absolutely detest clothes shopping and if it wasn't for the lack of homogeneity between sizes in different shops I would do the whole bleeding lot online!

I don't mind shopping for electronics, cars and such. I kind of get into it, finding the desired feature set, not paying for worthless features I don't want, getting a good price. It's like a puzzle game, and you can learn a lot along the way. Of course, I do most of the research online...
