Default YVD Problems...
I went to check if YVD had updated and put Shooting Star and Red Nova on it. It said it had an update, so I went for it. When I opened it back up, it said...
Runtime Error 9
Subscript out of range

What does this mean? Can I fix it?

This means you need to change your YVD settings to only be ran by the Administrator of the Computer. This is done by finding YVD in the programs list, and looking for the options or whatever. I'm sure you can find it.

Delete your set file then re download the set file from xerocreative and put it where your set file was in the first place.

That is what I had to do a while ago.

Will this get rid of my decks? Or can I move the file?

This didn't work. To my greatest disdain T.T

Anything else I should try?

I know for a fact what I stated works, so I will attempt to explain in greater detail how to such when I edit this post.

Or just get on your aim. x.x

I have Windows 7, so for me I can click the Windows Button in the lower left hand bar, and right click on a program and see an option to run it as an admin.

If that does not appear, you can click the "All Programs" Button, click on YVD, and hit properties, and the security tab.

You should be able to hit the edit button and continue.

This should be similar for other operating systems.

Dang... I tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it because what you said didn't work. I'm not an Admin on my comp, because it's a shared computer. So, I can't do that. I'll try repairing the file, maybe that will work.

IM me in like 3 hours, or anytine after that.

And inb4myaimdunwork. You can launch it from aim.com without downloading it and log in.

I doubt any other method really works tbh.

Same thing happened to me after updating. I tried redownloading the set file, and after that didn't work I tried opening yvd directly from the file folder and it worked, but my other shortcuts won't.

Bherrel taught me how to fix it.

You go to your yvd shortcut on your desktop and right click it. Hit Troubleshoot something then hit the second option. Check the second box and then press Start whatever. THen if it works hit okay and hit "Yes blah blah blah".

If this doesnt work then post it here and I will help best I can.

I fixed it, but in a different way. I just uninstalled it, then reinstalled it in my Documents folder. So, I shouldn't have anymore problems.
