Tulsa Shooting Spree Related to Trayvon Martin Controversy?

Two days prior to the Tulsa shooting spree the first news reports of a 78-yr-old East Toledo man, Dallas Watts, who claimed he was viciously beaten by a gang of white and black youths who screamed “Kill him, kill him, he’s a white man’. The news of Watt’s assault was first reported Tuesday by the local FOX affiliate. The national news media published the report Wednesday, one day prior to the Tulsa shootings. In the reports the news the Toledo police weren’t sure Watts’ assault should be classified a hate crime.

Watts is calling the weekend attack that occurred a block away from his Mason Street home a hate crime. During the attack, Watts says he brought up Trayvon Martin, the Florida teen killed by a block watch member Feb. 26.
“Why me? Remember Trayvon! Remember Trayvon!,” Watts recalled. “I meant it as a peaceful way. What happened to Trayvon, I was not responsible for, I live 1,000 miles away! But they kept saying, ‘Kill him! Kill Him! Kill him!’ because I’m a white man.” In a FOX news interview Watts exact words were “Kill him, kill him, he’s a white man. Kill him!”

On April 7, the New York Daily News reported Neo-Nazis were patrolling the streets of Sanford.

A representative for the Detroit-based National Socialist movement told the Miami New Times that his group of roughly 10 to 20 volunteers aren’t there to start trouble, but are prepared to protect the “white citizens in the area” in the event of race riots.

Knoxville (WVLT) - The District Attorney General of Knox County announced the list of charges facing now five suspects in the double murderof Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.



The District Attorney General Randy Nichols is not saying whether or not he will seek the death penalty, but he does say the State will seek conviction for all charges filed in a 24-page indictment from the Knox County Grand Jury.

Lemaricus Davidson, 25 , faces a total of 46 charges.. Letalvis Cobbins, 24 , faces a total of 46 charges. George Thomas, 24 , faces a total of 46 charges. Vanessa Coleman, 18 , faces 40 Tennessee state charges. Eric Boyd, 24, also arrested in connection with the fatal car jacking, only faces federal charges as an accessory after the fact.



SO!!!!! Where's Al Sharpton, O and Jesse Jackson? Are they providing counsel and help to the families of the victims?
