How do you remove it from your body?
I read reverse osmosis gets it out of the water but carbon filters don't.
Nestle baby water has additional fluoride added (I saw this at walmart).
So most bottled waters probably contain it (I question 'spring' water).
Soda and beer must contain it too. Along with grapes and most fruit that gets additional water.

Basic liver & kidney cleansing herbs also herbs like cilantro & chlorella & drink steam-distilled drinking water ... it helps to pull out all the stuff out that is not supposed to be in there also take epsom salt baths.
