Default Resolutions
Usually, my New Year's resolution is something general like "to stop procrastinating", etc...
This year I have forced the issue and now have a more specific resolution. I will not grow any more plants on the stove. I have a paph sangii that was doing really well there, 2 new leaves since October but I left it there while broiling lobster tails tonight, not realizing that it was directly in front of the oven vents, result one well done sangii! This will be the nursing back to health mission of the year!
Post your resolution so we can all wish you the best encouragement.

"This will be the nursing back to health mission of the year!"

But now my specific NY resolution is now NOT to imagine you in your naughty nurse outfit Eric

Oh, seriously, that hurts about your sangii

Wow! I'm very glad you weren't thinking of some other kind of "Nursing!"

I think we should all resolve to remind Eric to not cook his plants. The $ per pound is killer!!

I'm with Jean -- be a better grower for the plants that I have. Pay more attention to details.

I'll try getting that book I've been working on for so long published.

I'm sorry, but that's pretty funny in a very sad way, Eric.

Maybe a better resolution would be to stop buying plants you don't have room to put anywhere but on the stove!

My resolution is to be a little nicer all around.
