I think sometime in June would be a good idea. When the weather is nice out, go to like a park and cookout, shoot the shit, ect, or maybe down at bender park on lake michigan.

Or another idea, last summer we had a meet out in Lake Mills. I know its kind of a drive, but it was on the beach, we cooked out, played vollyball, ect. It was a pretty good time.

I just think it would be cool to have a meet with 2 cars that are normally rivals (sp?).
Lake Mills isnt too far away, but something closer would probably be better for most of us.....possibly a park....I know that Petrifying Springs in Kenosha has about 5 different parking areas as well as one bigger one by the baseball diamonds. Its easy to cookout there as well. Just an option :P

If you could somehow organize a meet with your fellow Cobalt friends, I'm sure us Srt guys will work something out to be there. Just figure out a date and location......then all we will have to do is see who can go.

Oh..there is a bunch of stuff a few of us are doing. You should come to Greg's Meet..you might not have an SRT, but I think we would welcome you.

The 2871 will spool nicely and make decent HP on that motor. I was planning on turbo'ing my 03 Cavalier, but couldn't get the cash.

I'm thinking about putting a stock dsm 14b on my whip... Think how fast it'll spool. Maybe I'll use 2!

I was thinking, if you guys were interested, maybe having a Srt4/Cobalt meet this spring? just a thought...
As long as your cobalt frinds are not a bunch of douchebag, srt-4 hating punks, then yeah. I think it would work. There are some who tend to be a little cocky with the SS Cobalts.

YEP!!!!!! I almost kicked his ass (while on the clock at my job) cause he was talking shit while i was sweeping the lot. Since then he has calmed down and now he is alright I was gonna race him for cash, but he backed out. Now i got a raced lined up with his buddies TA. You prolly know him to eh???

I am a car lover, if its done tastefully and its quick i dont care if its a saturn. I just dont like Cocks that talk shit about my car.

sounds like the guy in the black cobalt that tried to get me to race on a sunday afternoon, on bluemound at goerkes corner with 2 of my kids in the back seat.

F'in Shit head!!!!

He also followed my brother-in-law Zipn into his driveway pulled up and rolled down his window and asked if he wanted to race. What a class ASS act.

To your original idea of a meet, I'm still a car guy. Be it my stang or srt. Guys who like to wrench and share knowledge and love of cars don't matter what they drive. That sounds cool to me
