Default Digital Camcorder Help
Hey guys. I'm going to be teaching for one of my teacher education classes, and I need a camcorder to record whenever I teach. I've been looking at a variety of types, and am set on getting one of the digital ones, but I'm having a hard time finding some reviews for all of them.

Here are my requirements:

-Removable/replaceable memory (this excludes the Flip Mino or anything similar)
-$150 or under
-Needs to be 'HD' (the 720p Kodak Zi6 is the model for this. The reason I need this is because this will be burned onto a DVD for my supervisors to view)

Basically, I want to know if you guys have any experience with these, and have had good or bad experiences. I also had a question on the video quality; most of the less expensive models top out at VGA res (640x480) and I was wondering how a video at that resolution would look on a regular TV. I don't have much video experience, so I have no idea.

SDTV is approximately 640x480, so as long as the framerates are good and there are no artifacts (a common problem with el cheapo camcorders) it should look fine on your TV as long as you still have a CRT (tube) 4:3 aspect ratio screen. If you own a relatively new HDTV (LCD or Plasma/similiar) it will look quite pixelated and horrible like a YouTube video on your computer screen.

Thanks guys. Now my only problem is trying to find out the image quality of a particular model. That's the reason I was looking at that Kodak; the image quality should be good enough that even if its not great, it'll be good enough that it won't be noticeable.

This is the other model I was looking at:
